Join us for a two-hour interactive educational program about metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), formerly nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), a common yet often overlooked liver condition affecting communities nationwide. Experts will cover:
- What MASLD is and who is most at risk
- How MASLD affects your health and may lead to the need for a liver transplant
- Available treatment options
- Tips for talking to your doctor and advocating for care
At the end of our presentation, participants will be able to interact with experts and ask questions during our Q&A session. Whether you're at risk, diagnosed, or simply curious, this program will equip you to take charge of your liver health.
Check-in begins at 5pm; light refreshments will be served.
