OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Thunderbird Medical Center- Virtual

This class is designed for anyone expecting a baby, including those planning to deliver at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. It covers essential topics such as managing pregnancy discomforts, nutrition, exercise, and preparing for labor and delivery. You'll learn about the stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, labor positions, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. The class also includes a tour of the OB Unit. We recommend attending during your third trimester to make the most of the information and resources provided. Please scroll down to see all available class dates.

This three day virtual series is held on January 8^th, 15^th and 22^nd from 6:30pm-9:00pm

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).

Joining by Computer:
- Click "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in your meeting invite.
- Choose to join via the web or download the desktop app. If you already have Teams installed, the meeting will open automatically.
- If you don’t have a Teams account and it’s allowed by the organizer, you can join as a guest by entering your name. If you have an account, sign in for access to meeting features. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting immediately or wait in a lobby.

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
- Join as a guest by entering your name if you don’t have a Teams account. If you have an account, sign in for full access. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting directly or wait in a lobby.
