In addition, our qualified Banner Brain & Spine physicians specialize in treating the a variety of neurological conditions. We specialize in treating Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, headaches, neck and back pain, nerve and muscle disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS) and seizures.

We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
