The Navigator Program, offered through Banner Alzheimer’s Institute and Banner Sun Health Research Institute, provides personalized education and support for people living with memory and thinking conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.
Developed by Banner’s Family and Community Services team, this program is part of our nationally recognized care model that combines medical expertise with emotional and social support for patients and families.
Each person’s journey with memory loss is different. Navigators provide one-on-one guidance and connect families to valuable resources that make living with a memory condition more manageable.
