At the Michael T. Zuendel Family Biomarker Laboratory, we are committed to delivering advanced analytical solutions using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. Our facility is equipped with the latest instrumentation to ensure precision, reliability and efficiency in fluid biomarker detection and analysis.
Our equipment includes high-throughput multiplex analyzers and advanced immunoassay platforms such as the Elecsys e801 from Roche, Lumipulse G1200 from Fujirebio, Argo NULISA from Alamar, and the Simoa HD-X and SP-X from Quanterix. We offer singleplex assays for key biomarkers including pTau217, amyloid beta 40 and 42, NfL and GFAP.
We also specialize in multiplex assays including the Alamar NULISAseq™ CNS Disease Panel 120, which profiles 120 proteins linked to a wide range of neurodegenerative disorders, and the Alamar NULISAseq™ Inflammation Panel 250, which measures 250 inflammation-related proteins to provide deep insight into inflammatory pathways involved in various diseases.
With our exceptional technological capabilities, the Biomarker Lab positions itself at the forefront of fluid biomarker research, delivering high accuracy and actionable insights to our collaborators and clients. We actively engage in assay development partnerships with researchers, working collaboratively to validate novel biomarker candidates. Our team provides expertise throughout the development process, from initial concept to clinical implementation, helping transform promising research discoveries into robust, reproducible assays that advance diagnostic capabilities and treatment monitoring.
