Here are some of the ways you can access care: 

• Book an in-person appointment with your doctor or specialist for routine visits, screenings, and chronic condition management. 
• Visit a nearby Banner Urgent Care location for faster treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, such as sprains, colds, or infections. 
• Schedule a telehealth appointment to speak with a health care provider using your phone, tablet or computer - no travel needed.

You can also access specialized services remotely when appropriate. Some examples include:

• Primary care – Call your doctor for check-ups, medication refills, and care that supports your long-term health goals.

When to choose an in-person visit 

Some services require hands-on care. If your condition needs a physical exam, testing or lab work, it's best to schedule an in-person visit.
